By accessing and using the Wander website and mobile application (collectively, “the Service”), operated by Channel Image Ltd. (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Wander only for purposes permitted by these Terms of Use and any applicable laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices in the relevant jurisdictions. Wander reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

User Content

You retain full ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you create or submit through Wander (“User Content”). By using our Service, you grant Wander permission to store and protect this content on your behalf. We do not claim ownership over your User Content, nor will we use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, or distribute your User Content for any other purpose without your consent.

Subscription Services

Certain features of Wander are available on a subscription basis. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to the following:

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
  • Your subscription will auto-renew under the same terms unless you or we cancel it.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the appropriate application store.
  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of your current subscription, but you will retain access to paid services until the end of the subscription period.

Payment

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Apple/Google (for in-app purchases).
  • By using these payment processors, you agree to their terms and conditions.

Modification of Fees

  • We may modify subscription fees at any time, with changes taking effect at the end of your current subscription period.
  • You will be notified in advance of any changes, and continued use of the Service after the change signifies your acceptance of the new fees.

Refunds

  • Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for in-app subscriptions are subject to the policies of the respective application store.

iOS & Android Subscriptions

⚠️ Important Information About App Store & Play Store Subscriptions
We would love to help, but unfortunately, we do not manage App Store or Play Store subscriptions directly and therefore cannot process refunds for them.
These are handled entirely through Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you originally subscribed.

We continuously update and improve Wander. This means we may add or remove functionalities, features, or even discontinue the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wander and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wander, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
